Ordering Information
Web Orders
All of our current products can be ordered through this website. To place an order, select a product from the categories listed in the menu to the left. From the product page specify your desired options (if available) and place your order. This is the fastest way to place an order.
Phone Orders
To place an order by phone call us at (530)-345-4371. Please reference the part numbers found in the catalog as this will help us quickly and accurately fulfill your order
International Orders
We regularly handle international orders. To place an international order, just order normally through our website. Our shipping methods cost a little more but are very reliable.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Paul Component Engineering is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Paul Component Engineering cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark International orders as a "gift" in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees Ð this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
The Flatbed is only available within the contiguous United States. Orders placed for the Flatbed with shipping addresses outside of this area will not be processed.
Return Policy
Unused merchandise purchased directly from Paul Component Engineering may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused and in excellent condition. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
Please note that we do not accept returns on merchandise not purchased directly from us. We do not accept returns on any apparel items such as t-shirts. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there was an error on our part.

Step 1: Contact us by phone for a Return Authorization number and a Return/Exchange form (this form will be emailed to you).

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your payment card. Please allow us approximately two weeks to process your refund.
Exchanges
If there is a price difference between the items you are returning and the items you would like in exchange, please fill out the payment section of the Return/Exchange form.
If the item you request for an exchange is not currently in stock, we will notify you.
Privacy Policy
The Paul Component Engineering store is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the ordering system and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information.
Paul Component Engineering uses customer information to process the customer's order only. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share any information with any other parties.
