This is Jim in full race mode. Jim programs all the mills, the machines that make the flatty, blocky, squarish parts. He also does a fair bit of design. Paul comes up with a concept and does an initial design. Jim usually takes it from there and refines the design and then figures out how the heck we should best make it. Oh, and he actually is a pretty good race car driver.
