We’re still receiving your orders, and really appreciate your support, but please be patient as it may take a few days longer for us to get your order confirmation sent, and orders shipped under the current circumstances. Rest assured we will get your parts to you as fast as we are able to while observing safety protocols!

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs/duties charges. Paul Component Engineering is not responsible for customs/duties charges, and these costs are determined by your local customs office. We can’t determine, in advance, what these fees will be.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unused merchandise purchased directly from Paul Component Engineering may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. It must be unused and in excellent condition. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we don’t accept returns on merchandise not purchased directly from us. We can’t accept returns on any apparel items such as t-shirts. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there was an error on our part.

Our store software automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. We use this information to process the orders only. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share any information with any other parties.

Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather records information about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our web site and over all user experience.
