Baby Groovy Barrel Adjusters

There’s nothing wrong with the little plastic barrel adjusters that come stock on our Klampers. But, you know, we’re machinist nerds, and we thought a mini version of our big Groovy Barrel Adjuster would look and function EXTRA nice on the Klamper, especially when you color-match the ano to the other bling on your bike. These also fit any of our other parts with a mini barrel adjuster, like Funky Monkey Cable Hangers, Dropper Triggers, Cross Levers, E-Levers, and Thumbies.

Product Story

We machine these little beauties from American milled 6061 aluminum and brass on our fancy Doosan Lynx 2100 LSYB CNC Multitasking Center right here in sunny Chico, California.
Some would say it’s an awful lot of work for something as simple as a barrel adjuster, but we really wanted this specific shape, threading, and locknut that translate into quick, easy and reliable on-the-fly cable adjustments, even with gloves on.
We are machinists, and bike nerds. This is what we do!
Please apply a generous amount of grease to the threads when installing.

Did you know that Chico’s annual Bidwell Bump mo Did you know that Chico’s annual Bidwell Bump mountain bike race predates the first Repack?!
It’s a beautiful rugged loop with a creek crossing in Upper Park, and registration is still open for this year’s October 5th running. Head over to @bikereg and type in Bidwell Bump to get in on this historic race, and all proceeds go to Velo Trail Works.
Also, if you want to read a hilarious recounting of the first race in 1976 by local legend Chuck Bodfish (keep in mind, mountain bikes weren’t really invented yet), head over to the PAUL Comp website and type “Bidwell Bump” into the search bar.
