Product Story

Each Front Axle Kit contains an axle, adjuster ring, axle nut or axle plug, and optional axle spacer.

With the addition of a pair of Bearings and Axle Bolts , if needed, you’ll have everything you need to fully overhaul a hub.

To convert a front hub from Quick Release to Bolt-On or vice versa, the axle must be swapped out. Bolt-On front axles have threaded ends to accept Axle Bolts, but the bolts are not included. Quick Release front axles have integrated quick release ends.

High Flange and Non-Disk FHUB (15mm) Axle Kits are available in Bolt-On or Quick Release.

Disc FHUB Axle Kits (20mm) are available in Bolt-On, Quick-Release, Thru-Axle 15mm and Thru-Axle 12mm

Some of our older hubs had different diameter axles. Be sure to measure your old axle and give us a call if you don’t see it listed above.

Chico is a fun and easy city to bike commute in. I Chico is a fun and easy city to bike commute in. It’s totally flat, there are plenty of bike lanes and neighborhood routes with little to no traffic, it doesn’t take more than half an hour to get from the farthest edge to the opposite edge of town, and in our case here at PAUL World Headquarters, there’s even an old railway converted to a bike path leading right up to our back gate. 🚂🚴Congratulations to @myles56k on winning our Ride2Work Challenge for the last two years! He might have some competition from @jxrad this year though…should we start taking bets?
