Melvin Pulleys
A pair of two sealed-bearing aluminum pulleys for a Melvin chain tensioner.
Machined in Chico California to the highest tolerances. It takes a LOT of miles to wear these out, so if you need to replace yours, we’re impressed!

*These pulleys are not compatible with our 1st generation Melvin that used plastic pulleys.
*Pulleys made before 8/12/25 fit most 6 through 9 speed chains, and pulleys made after 8/12/25 fit most 6-12 speed chains. The newer 12-speed compatible pulleys can be identified by the little groove machined into the tip of the pulley teeth, as seen in this photo:
